Our 120m² ground and first-floor studio, with stunning mountain views, blends industrial architecture, soft natural light, and curated vintage furnishings into a versatile, inspiring space. Just minutes from Whistler Mountain Resort, it provides a flexible setting for creative projects, professional gatherings, and immersive experiences.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Large parties or excessively loud music are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Shoes are not allowed on furniture. Food, drinks, body makeup, glitter, sand, confetti, sparkles, or face makeup on furniture—especially the sofa—are prohibited. Any damage caused may result in additional fees.
Candles or open flames must be attended at all times.
Fog or haze machines are not permitted.
Furniture must not be dragged. Move items with two or more people lifting when possible.
Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.
Body oils, body sprays, or self-tanning products that could stain furniture are not permitted.
Nails, screws, sticky hooks, or adhesives may not be applied to walls or ceilings.
No loitering in hallways.
The primary renter must be present at all times and is responsible for the behavior and safety of all guests or collaborators.
This is a shared creative workspace, please treat it with care and respect. You may rearrange furniture, but all items must be returned to their original positions before leaving.

Please note that all start and end times have to include setup and breakdown. Late check-outs will be charged as a full additional hour. Early arrivals, such as production, hair, or makeup artists, may be accommodated up to 5 minutes before the scheduled start. Our staff and cleaning schedules are arranged to support only the hours you have booked.

The studio is fully accessible for wheelchair users and those requiring mobility assistance.

There are two options for accessing the building:
On-Site Guest Parking
Street parking in front of the building: 2 free hours
Underground parking: 3 free hours
For loading or unloading, you may use the space next to Coast Mountain Veterinary Clinic. Please note this is restricted parking and should only be used for short-term loading/unloading.
Nearby Parking
Across the street, near Creekside Village, there is an underground parking option with all-day free parking.
Please note: Any parking fines or tickets incurred are the responsibility of the guest.

Cancellations made within 30 days of booking are eligible for a full refund, minus applicable fees. After 30 days, you may reschedule your booking or receive a credit valid for 3 months from the original rental date. We do our best to accommodate reschedules, so please notify us as early as possible.

Outside catering is permitted. If you would like assistance organizing your event, we can provide catering or other services for an additional fee, please contact us to discuss options.
