Terms & Conditions – The Breakhaus

By booking at The Breakhaus, you agree to the following terms and house rules. Please treat the space and everyone in it with care.

1. Bookings

Bookings can be made by email at info@thebreakhaus.com
Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation.
All bookings include setup and cleanup time and are subject to these Terms & Conditions and House Rules.

2. Payments & Cancellation

Invoices are issued after your booking and must be paid within 14 days.

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before your booking.

• Cancellations less than 30 days before: booking can be moved to a later day within 3 months period.

• No-shows: Full price is charged.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Liability

You are responsible for yourself, your team, your guest, and any equipment you bring.
Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported before leaving.
Renters are expected to have third-party liability insurance.
the Breakhaus is not responsible for injury, fines or damage to personal property.

4. House Rules

• Please treat the space with care.

• Include setup and cleanup time on your booking.

• No shoes on furniture.

• No smoking or vaping. Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval.

• Nude shoots are not allowed.

• Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas; please clean up after yourself.

• Emergency exits must remain accessible at all times. No open flames or unattended candles.

• No confetti, glitter, sand, body makeup, or sparkles on furniture.

• Furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to its original position before leaving.

5. Privacy

Security cameras are used on-site for safety.
With your approval, the Breakhaus may share content created in the space for promotional purposes.

6. Law

These terms are governed by Canadian law. Any disputes will be handled in Whistler, British Columbia.
